“Room initially given to us hadn’t been cleaned. Corrected the mistake quickly. Rooms are huge, clean. Gym was just on the first floor area and no aircon so limited how long you could exercise. Breakfast was ok but fairly limited unless you’re ok with noodles and fried rice for breakfast. Location was quiet and walkable to restaurants.”

“The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. ”

“Very nice place at walking distance of the Crab market and restaurants. Right in front the ocean. Very nice swimming pool and garden. Very friendly staff. They don't offer lunch of dinner but there is plenty of restaurants with all options at 1 min walk. Breakfast is included though”

“Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. “i booked for a three people luxury bungalow (air conditioned, 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed) with breakfast included. for real i got a bungalow with no air conditioned, no fan, no hot water, no fridge, no electricity but 19-21h, 1 only queen size bed and no breakfast included. manager offer me to let my daughter sleep on the floor, because "you are in cambodia", he said. after my insistences he allowed me to use another bungalow for free, but i had to pay for it at chek out. the wrost...
